Domestic Shipping Only

Service Area: We ship exclusively within Canada.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to addresses outside of Canada.

Shipping Rates & Costs

100% Free Shipping: We believe in absolute transparency. THE GOLDEN HOURS offers free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory Canadian holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, standard delivery across Canada typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location (proximity to major urban centers vs. remote areas).
Delays: If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

Damages & Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect Addresses: THE GOLDEN HOURS is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Damaged Items: If you receive your timepiece damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately at andersonarjun6@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
